Evaluation of Micro RNAs in Aplastic Anemia Patients Presenting at Tertiary Care Hospital LUMHS, Hyderabad

Background: Bone marrow failure that results in pancytopenia causes aplastic anemia clinically. Aim: To determine the frequency of positive microRNAs plasma patients with anemia. Study Design: Descriptive cross-sectional study. Methodology: Aplastic were assessed for level and considered if was ≥2 Results: Majority 20(66.7%) aged ≤30 years only 10(33.3%) above 30 years. There 22(73.3%) male 8(26.7%) female a to ratio 2.8:1. Severe, very severe non-severe recorded 18(60%), 4(13.3%) respectively. Taking cut-off value ≥27 IU/mL, 15(50%) microRNAs. Conclusion: It concluded substantial proportion observed increased increasing severity disease which suggested potential role diagnostic workup management patients. Keywords: Anemia Micro-RNAs.
